Not getting AP from matches

I was storing up my green AP for one of the final wave of a match and I noticed that after 30ap I couldn't get any more.
I do not know if this is a bug or if it is intended to have a limit of stores AP

    Working as intended... 30 is the max of any one color you can horde

    Sucks for the player, but also saving grace when fighting the AI in survival nodes just as well. Especially the final wave today for DP Daily Quest.

    Cook the Books easily maxes the AI blue and black to 30, so if you don't keep your turn when Invisible Woman, Beast and Modern Storm come out of the gate, they are blasting their Blue and Black Abilities like crazy, no damage up front really, but very annoying all of a sudden to have attack tiles scattered about, a giant protect tile and some force bubbles in your way, and Beast counting down for his Mutagenic Breakthrough, and Storm still has 20 more Black AP left to cast it again next round if you don't kill her first.
