I currently have one yellowflag.png of Mohawk storm, one blackflag.png of cyclops and punisher and one redflag.png of patch wolverine I have no 1* characters and are currently upgrading all my 2*characters. Can yall help me with who to throw away. Pls and thx
Preferably no one. If one of those four have to go I'd go with Storm though.
What does your two-star roster look like?

    lvl 94 moonstone 5/5/3, lvl 72 Daken 4/4/5, lvl 54 capt marvel, lvl 49 Johnny storm 5/2/1, lvl 39 MNM 5/2/4, lvl 38 Modern Hawkeye 2/4/3, lvl 31 Modern Capt America 5/1/3, lvl 28 classic storm 4/5/3.

Also I do have one yellowflag.png of the hood and that's basically it.

I'd keep all 3* you have. Don't even dare to delete Patch/Punisher and Cyclops will probably be very useful. Maybe throw away 3* Storm because she is quite bad, although, in your place, I'd start by throwing away some of the 2*. Those who are absolutely necessary for transition 2*->3* are Storm, OBW and the trio A.Wolverine/Thor/Ares. I don't have A.Wolverine because I sold him when they nerfed him and never bothered with him again, but ideally, you will keep all 3 while you are in the 2* zone. I know 2* Hawkeye was buffed while I was away, but he still seems very situational. MNM was also quite useful before the nerf, but I have barely used him, so you'll have to ask others about him. Basically, you need to keep 5-6 2 star.png characters and make room for the 3 star.png.

Moonstone is one of the weaker two-stars, but you shouldn't sell her until you have someone else at max level. You really need to get OBW and Ares and/or Thor though, they are the foundation of a good two-star team.
Jury's still out on how effective Stormneto will be after Magneto's change. Those two along with Hawkeye and Captain America are the two-stars I'd consider cutting if necessary.

Can I cut Human Torch Johnny Storm I don't see a good use for him at all. I really don't want him but if I can get helpful tips on how to use him and is he worth it I will be very grateful.

Go ahead and cut him and Captain America. The 3 star versions are much better.

He's great if you need to deal damage quickly on some nodes in PVE and can really help get through a tough match this way, but he isn't sustainable at all due to being a really squishy character. He has a use but it's limited, I wouldn't sell him off unless you really need to, a quick hitter can be pretty essential sometimes.

For Example: In the Heroics PVE he was my best option against the Hood nodes where the goons fed Hood his yellow. If I didn't down Hood within 3 turns he was going to Twin Pistol one of my characters and take them out. I inserted Torch, boosted red, and turn 2 nailed him with fireball to basically take him out.

Human Torch (both versions) really works best when he can hide behind his teammates and dish out damage. In a two-star team, that would mean pairing him with Thor and Daken to make sure all his colors are covered.
