Question to the Devs regarding new hit point tier

I was hoping a Dev or mod could give us a little something into the new hit point tier for the last two characters Cyclops and Iron Fist.
Is this a new thing or are older characters going to be shifted into new hit point tiers, in other words is the old 6800 this new category?
If not, what is the reasoning for the new tier, because flavor-wise it doesn't make sense that Cyclops and Iron-Fist would have more hitpoints than Wolverine unless this is to somewhat balance true healing. But I would consider Blade/Deadpool/Spiderman all worthy of this new tier since they are extremely tough and durable characters in the comics, more-so than Cyclops or Iron Fist.
BP and Cap make sense they have Vibranium armor or shield not to mention Cap is almost super-human.

With the increased opportunity for 3* now, I'm guessing much more 4* will begin to be appear. The new "cool" chars will need more HP to survive 4Thor/Xforce/Fist/etc. 6800HP char is a flea nowadays.0

Even strong offensive characters, like Blade and Deadpool, are terrible on defense not because they are weak or useless but because they are too low on health to survive until their abilities are farmed up.
Xforce and Thor have really accelerated the game in terms of health requirement.
Why do you think Rocket and Groot is considered a strong character, despite not really having any damage on his own? His health keeps him competitive.
I think D3 has realized this and has made this new health tier to compensate that weakness.
Problem is now they are going to outclass all their non-regenerating 6800 health characters. Especially Psylocke, Punisher, Deadpool, Spiderman, Daredevil and Squirrel Girl, most of whom are already well outclassed or on their way to being outclassed already.
The power creep is beginning.0
