The game crash each time I receive a phonecall

Hi, I just came here to notice a very annoying issue: the game crashes each time I receive a phonecall. Which is bad for a phonegame...
I tried many ways, I can answer the phonecall, crash, do not answer, crash, reject phonecall, crash. And when the phonecall's over, the game reload but my men are dead and I lose points. Very frustrating!!

For the memo, i have a Samsung galaxy s3 with android 4.3 and have made all the updates from D3.
The problem is not new to the latest version. I can't be precise on when it begun.
