New Health Category?

I was browsing someone's Roster from a top alliance ( Don't ask why) but somehow ( probably some rich kid) he had Cyclops fully covered and 166 max. And he has 7650 health. Maybe I'm wrong but I'm sure that this is the first character with this amount of health.

And HULK and devil d health

I'm curious to see if characters health will be buffed or nerfed now. Such as Black Panther (nerfed) and Deadpool ( buffed)
The only reason um I could think that Cyclops a mere human could have more health than deadpool is because of the whole host of the Phoenix force card they trying to play.
