3* character to drop

Hi all,
I have a small dilemma...i have received my first cover (yellow) for Luke Cage. Deadpool's daily is also giving Luke Cage for today. I am sitting at 350 HP so I won't be able to open another slot (it would take 500, my 40th slot - i am in an "advanced 2-3 star transition" which is taking forever...).
Other single cover 3 stars I have are Gamora (red), Rick and Groot (green), Loki (green) and Mystique (blue).

What should I do? Skip in the second Luke Cage cover and try getting the remaining 150 HP in the next 5 days or drop one of the four still single?

Rocket and Groot will be the Deadpool daily cover tomorrow. Of the ones you list, I'd only consider dropping Gamora.
How far along in the transition are you? What 2- and 1-star characters do you have?

Gamora sucks, I'd drop her for Luke without a second thought.

Deep into the transition...2* all maxed up, CMags 153, Hulk 153, punisher 127, then others at lower levels. Hoping to get that last CMags cover this Season...
