Broken Daily Resupply

My SHIELD daily resupply has been stuck on the same screen and has not given me a reward for 3 weeks now. I have attempted to look for feedback and have sent two emails on the app with no response. After looking through the other forums, I have not reset my clock or anything similar that sounded like it resulted in the game doing the same thing. Please help.

    The same thing happened to me and it's also been 3 weeks and I wrote 3 emails already about the matter and had no response. I would like to know what's happening.
  • I am having the same issue. It has been stuck for about 2 weeks for me, and i think I know why, but I am still waiting to find out. For about 3 days, my daily resupply reloaded every 2-3 hours. I took advantage of it, and got at least 15-20 resupplies in that time. I think that was fixed, and now anyone who that affected, has to wait until they actually reach that day. I could certainly be wrong about this, but that is my current best guess about that.

    Looking forward for the fix, as i've read here, day 90 or so, is a green hulk.

    They are aware of the problem, and are looking into it. Hopefully will get fixed soon.
  • I am having the same problem with the resupply daily reward.
    I am really enjoying the game, I hope they fix it soon.
  • So it's not just me.
    I'm currently stuck in day 39 for two or somethng weeks.
  • So, send out an email to them. While in the game at the title screen, click on the envelope. Send them a ticket explaining the issue. I did this an in about a day or two, D3 reached out to me and fixed the issue. Mine is up and running again.

    I've sent three e-mails via the app over the last few weeks and haven't gotten a reply. Any clue on what I should do from here? I've been broken for almost a month.

    Nevermind, I just read the sticky which recommends submitting tickets via e-mail instead of in-game. Did that and now I already have a ticket creation confirmation, which I've never seen before. So hopefully this saves someone else a headache - use e-mail, not the in-game interface.
  • What email address do we use? I'm desperate to fix this as my daily supply has been broken since 2 updates ago. I too was using the in game email not aware that it DIDNT WORK! Frustrating

    Hey All,

    the installing the latest update (R47) should address the issue with the daily rewards not being handed out. If you have not yet updated, give that a try. I know that I received my first daily reward in well over a week this afternoon after I had downloaded the update.

    If you continue experiencing the problem even after the update, please use the email address mobilesupport@d3p.us to report your issue (should see a faster response time when compared to using the in-game help request).
