Enemy of the State Rewards Update

Hey All,

Miles from Demiurge here with some bad news and some good news. Bad news first? Ok.

The bad news is: There was an error in the placement reward structure for Enemy of the State, meaning that we weren't giving out enough covers to players. Only the top 20 players were slated to get 2+ Hood covers.

The good news is: We fixed it! Rewards should be updated already to be more like our usual 3* reward structure. The top 50 players will get 2+ Hood covers and everything else is the same.
