Quick leveling advice

I currently have 6 characters that I'm keeping relatively even in level so as to maintain a strong roster of characters to rotate through various difficulties of play:

Patch, LCap, CapMarvel, Hulk, Deadpool, Blade. They're all currently 162 and I'm slowly bringing them up to 166. This will take approximately 61-62K ISO. I currently have about 33K, which would be enough to bring 3 of them up to 166 now. Should I do this, or is it worth it for me to wait? Will my scaling be effected significantly with either decision?

    Affected significantly, no. They are already in the range of bad guys being close to what your max roster would see. Anyone 140 and above skews PvE nodes to the harder side. If you want to keep baseline PvE enemies low you need a roster of like level 100s.

    The last 4 levels also don't mean a WHOLE lot, they are mostly already there. I'd say level up whoever gets featured at that time (so Deadpool right now, whoever is featured in the next one) and PvE will pay for their leveling to 166.
