I was just playing a PvP match and when the AI team of OBW/2* Thor/Loaner Mystique used Star-Lord's OTITB team-up, it placed two red countdowns instead of one. The animation only played once, but two tiles were changed simultaneously. I took screenshots.

I had something weird happen with oldest trick as well. They used it after the first turn. It drained 8 tu ap, and it definitely didn't have enough because it matched a normal match 3. No extra turn or ap or anything from a match 4+...
