I got my standard from 3rd sub, 10 pack from 2nd, nothing from first. Standard operating procedure is wait 24 hrs before worrying about anything. Seems like they dished out rewards in reverse order. Pretty sure they're on the way.0

i still havent got my mohawk green for the alliance rewards in the LAST PVE (the one before gauntlet). Raised a ticket and they email me to tell me they havent forgotten me but still looking into it....how to believe0

Jamie, any way you have some wisdom you could impart when I'm getting these kind of responses from CS. I PM'd Will but am a lil frustrated after hearing they know about this issue and getting an off-the-wall non-response from CS.Hello D3P Customer,

A notice appeared in-game to announce the following: "NEW! Be one of the first 10 people to beat all missions in Wilderness Survival and win a 10x Gauntlet Token!"
We understand if this was confusing, but this is a unique event with a unique reward structure, and only the first 10 people to beat all the missions in Wilderness Survival received the 10x Gauntlet Token. This special reward was not offered to players who finished in the Top-10 of the event.

I got the same response. I finished 5th in wilnderss survival, which (due to nodes only rewarding points one) indicates i was also 5th fastest to finish. The reply is absolutely non-sensical and i'm feeling like i've been robbed of the best reward i've won since i started playing this game.
It should be pointed out also that i received no 'standard' reward, meaning i was definitely top 10. There's literally no reason i (and others in my position) should be missing out on the 10 pack rewards.0 -
Yup, exactly. It seems CS is a distinctly different arm from the rest of the company given a response like this. Points are equal, I was in 7th when I finished all nodes, therefore I was the 7th fastest to finish. All ties in points have always gone to whoever does it the fastest. It has been like this but CS doesn't seem to have that knowledge.
There is someone that sent in a screenshot but still got this nonsensical response...I received both of my super-awesome standard tokens for my not-top 10 finishes but still no 10 pack. D3, please figure this out soon and let CS know this is not the kind of response that de-escalates this kind of situation.0 -
I just got this same response. I replied with a screenshot and a more detailed explanation of how MPQ's scoring system breaks ties. Hopefully that gets some results because this isn't cool.0

When we review your account data, it seems as though the personal rewards from the event have not yet been sent. Please wait 24 hours after this email to see if they credit, and we can prevent double accreditation. If they do not come through, let us know and we will be happy to assist you.

So it's still wait and see, but they're now acknowledging that a problem exists, and will need to either resolve itself or be fixed through CS intervention. So that's good. If you haven't gotten your 10-pack, file a ticket to start the clock!0 -
That's good. I got the escalation email. So it was either Will intervened or I complained enough. Either way, hope it gets worked out.0

Got mine when I logged in for my clear. Happy it got sorted out but man they tried my patience with how frustrating cs can be sometimes.0

Mine randomly came through yesterday morning, was very surprised (and glad), hopefully the issues is resolved for anyone else that is still waiting!0
