Maybe a distant third option for HP is to use it for shields on events so you can place higher, get more progression rewards?

The X-Force green and it isn't close: X-Force is so much better than your other options that you should aim to max him ASAP. Just try to have enough HP so that you can spend some on shields if the rewards interest you.

Yes, this is correct. I'd cap him at 221 as well since you don't have the ISO to go much higher. That way LCap will be carry the top color for incoming Surgical Strikes.

thanks for reply chirus, me and my allience mostly playing pve but i'm playing personally pvp too. usually i play pvps last 12-16 hours and use shild at last 3 hours. mostly i finished pvps in top 50 or top 100. never try continuous shield cuz i rarely attacked.

1 Yes, this is a winner. Keep saving for the 5th green cover too.
2 Your XF is too far along to make buying a 3star cover worthwhile
3 For the love of God, no. You might as well put your HP in a pile and light it on fire, virtually of course.

I just bought my 5th Green and 5th Black XF and those are such difference makers for him. Mine is still leveled lower, but from what I hear, you don't need to take him past 200 to be effective and I wouldn't until 4Thor starts rolling in.

Id recommend not spending it, at least not in any of those ways. There are very few covers I would direct buy: XF Green, XF Black, Thoress Blue or Hood Blue. But for most of them it would only be if I already had 4, and an excess of HP. Based on your roster I think that XF Green is your most needed cover....but you only have it at 3 and 2.8k isnt enough to get to 5. So I would wait until XF Green is the progression and spend whatever it takes to get up there. Like push as early as you can, then shield hop one boosted battle at a time every 3hr/8hr/3hr/8hr/R&R til you get it. Ill cost you less than 2.5k HP and if you have earned any more you might end up with enough to buy the fifth.

As a side note, you may want to put as much iso as you need to get XF to tank for Hood. I couldnt quite make out whether he is 138 as in the picture, or 153 as in the last spoiler. Either way, you dont want Hood tanking anything. If he does....he is a health pack sink.
  • My advice is that you join The Best Champions league, we will help you get the 1K progression rewards for Xforce green.

Or you could join The X-Men. If for no reason other than "The Best" have a misleading alliance name. icon_e_wink.gif

Try to save HP for when XF is the progression, then go all out to get it. It'll cost a lot, but not nearly as much as buying it. Think maybe 1k HP?

R&R is Rinse and Repeat. =)
In other words, start EARLY and hop every chance you get (so do 3hr then 8hr then 3hr then 8hr then 3hr then 8hr then 3hr then 8hr....) once you start getting hit (probably 600+). Because you dont have XF maxed, and dont really have a great second to flush out the duo (which these days is another maxed 4*) you will get hit HARD every time you are unshielded. You will likely be able to get two matches in until you cross 700, then itll be one with a huge risk on the second.

    Good luck!

PS I get the feeling that Hood blue might be coming as a reward soon. Seeing a lot of people lacking it, and complaints that it hasnt been offered recently.

This is a good post by Phaserhawk on how to get to 1k without 4*s:

I dont fully agree with needing 3-6 good 3*s as the shield cooldown has made it so it only really takes 2. Having a good XF (even 4/5/3 is good) you wont find it quite as hard, but will still need the strict schedule. I ran up to 899 pretty easily in Spidey last night using XF/SuperSteve (3 *Capt A) so you should be mostly set. SS will pull red/green for you fueling your big damage skills. Just make sure to time any XFs for when your SuperSteve red is not on the board.
