In webslinger pvp I lost 600 points in final 6 minutes because of your game glitch.. I spent so much money and time to get to 1510 points .. while I was playing it showed I had one 300 hp 24 hour shield available .. but when I clicked on it says I cannot access the shield .. I went from 1510 points to 932 .. I lost 600 points because of your game glitch .. I need an immediate response to this matter because it affects my season score and I am totally destroyed now .. I spent so much money n time in your game I have a right to ask for my loss i guess .. please let me know asap

Check out this thread in the bugs section. D3 Owen said to submit a ticket with around the time it happened for you so that they can pinpoint it in the logs.

I too had a similar situation... while at work my shield expired and I couldn't get to my phone for about 20 minutes... Came back and went from 1052 to 654... 20 MINUTES! WFT.

D3 really needs to decrease the amount of points we loose when hit. It also is difficult to climb when you earn 35 points and loose 30 during the same battle for only a gain of about 5 per battle towards the top. I don't care if they increase points needed to earn the top tier again if they'd make it feel worth it instead of the dread of wondering should I unshield and attempt for a few more points?

I think the loss of points should be 50% to 10% of what is now. the prizes should need to be adjusted but it would make the game alot of fun to get into a retaliation war if both parties benefited after the fact and you wont lose 1/2 your progress if your caught off guard for a couple of minute. it is absolutely ludicrous to lose more points then you can win the span of a couple minutes.

No problem we here are had suffer lost more than gain.

No matter you are 1* 2* 3* 4* you just lost points in the final minutes if you dont shield yourself

this is Dev team INTENTIONAL job.

Since I see no indication the devs will ever change the way PvP works, you just have to adapt to reality. If you know that if you're unshielded with a high score for more than a few minutes you'll get hit, don't stay out for more than a few minutes.

And when you get bit by a shield bug like the OP, the devs need to do a much faster job of resolving these tickets.

The problem is I was out for 2 mins .. finished my match n was trying to put on a shield which according to the game was ready to use .. but it said cooldown In progress .. I went from 2nd to 11th place .. lost 600 points and have no chance of catching up with xmen in my season bracket .. can anyone tell me how to post screenshots plz I got some screenshots .. my allaince is affected by my score now ..

This happened to a few people last event. Contact customer support ASAP and let them know what happened. They're aware of the issue and will likely compensate you if asked. Include screen shots if you have them. See here for details on how to contact them.

Can you not just do what orbalint said in the first reply? Submit a ticket to the devs? They aren't going to fix it on here mate.

I think there should be a cap on how many points and/or how many times you can be attacked within a certain time frame.

After all, when we send a tup, there is a patrol time. We're told we can't use that character during that time bc that character can't be in two places at once. So by that reasoning, it seems that our team should be able to be attacked by more than one player within a time frame. I understand the node queue system can't prevent multiple attacks, but it should be able to cap lost points in such situations.
