Missing points for Season total.

Doing Shield Simulation, I was closing on 1500 points, just 9 points short. After completing a number of missions I'm stuck at 1468ish (can't remember last digit off the top of my head.) I haven't been attacked so no points lost because of other PVPers. I'd estimate that I've done roughly 110points worth of rewards, but no advancement.


Anyone else having this problem?

Just now I'm getting a bizarre loop in sim.

Playing K1dmarvel over and over, a roster full of 270's but tanking with 40 Juggy/40 Venom/60 Patch. Worth about 45, so retribution won't put me down any farther than the points up.

First match fought put me just over 1200, found him again right away. Fought again. Found again fought again - looked at score: still low 1200's. Didn't add the points in.

Went in and repeated this loop FIVE MORE TIMES (always on the lower right node), actually kept my eyes on score and watched it flip from 1250+ back down to 1210+ every time I found K1dmarvel again - like the game knew the MMR shouldn't match anymore or something? I kept repeating it because why not: it's like a slightly more difficult LR for me, I'm keeping the ISO and the covers from each fight. (Sorry K1dmarvel if you lost points each time!)

Tried to break the loop by taking a different fight (hey, lots of free skips afforded to me as well) - that fight added a more normal amount to points (~20), taking me to 1230+. Fought K1dmarvel queued up again, points remained at 1230. Haven't skipped in that node to see if I find him again.

Update on above: attacked by someone else, lost points. Attacked them back, gained more than before (now to 1280 or so). Everything else in Sim seems to work normally.

Found same team as I mentioned before on middle right node, attacked to go over 1300 (still worth 45 or so). Once again, these points disappeared. It seems to be specifically against this team, who is an easy victory (tank team), and worth tons of points.

I'm hoping the seven or so attacks I've done that aren't counting for me don't count against me when I get countered that many times later

I just put a ticket in for this. Exactly at 1468 and have attacked k!dmarvel 5 or 6 times without any gain. I won a few other matches to gain regularly, but he keeps appearing. 50 points is no joke I kept beating him in hopes of it.

Yeah...same for me here...k1dMarvel is an appetizing 47 or 48 points target running level 40 Juggernaut / Venom / Patch but I don't get the points for winning...

I opened a help ticket as well last night although at the time I thought it was for the entire SHIELD Simulator that was the problem but this morning I got asked if it was a specific player & tried it out again...got the points elsewhere but then when k1dMarvel showed up again I did not get the points...

Anyway...I guess we will see what happens with the help tickets...

Same thing is happening for me. I've put in a ticket too. Wish I had noticed before I wasted my break on getting no points...

I got a response from technical support saying that:

"There seems to be some special circumstances involved with this player's account which could be causing this issue. You should no longer encounter this player in the game, but if you do, please let us know immediately, and skip them in the queue. "

Kind of vague but it seems like they did something about it so that it won't be an issue going forward & won't be a waste of time anymore for other players that would be trying to get the points from that match...although it won't get me back the points I earned, at least the issue should be resolved for others that would have encountered that match...so all good!

Thanks for the update. Several alliance mates have seen K1dMarvel today listed with 49 points, and get 2 upon beating him.

loving this game and have been having a great time so much so I've gotten quite a few friends to join. However recently I and my friend have run into a bug. Both of us have been playing the recent season 12 shield simulator and everything was working fine for us until we had found and fought a player by the name of K1D Marvel worth 50pts we both fought and won against his team multiple times it wasn't until these last couple of times that I noticed the supposed points we were earning were not translating to our overall score. Right after winning the fight all is the usual and shows a gain of 50 points on the gauge but after we tap ok and then go to look up our ranking to figure out why it hasn't change it shows our scores to be pretty much the same as before except for about 7 to 8 points each time. To make sure I had the screen shots to show the issue I just found and fought him again with the same results. would attach the screens I took but honestly I don't know how to attach them on this board.....sorry. It's a real bummer mainly because I would've earned 150pts to my rank myself and my friend would have earned 400pts to his :-/

It wasn't fixed after midnight (EDT) & a couple hours or so after that...I hadn'trealized I wasn't getting points (47) after each match for about 3 hours (points would be there, then disappear after skipping next opponent on same node while looking for my golden goose again each time...played at least 30 times before noticing problem)...I put in a ticket, but haven't gotten anything but the automated response...whole thing seems fishy to me (maxed 4*, 3* & 2*s, then working on duplicate 4* characters AND no alliance? Just my 2 cents worth there...

I hear in this thread and other that service says he's removed...this is still happening this afternoon, finding K1dmarvel on most of the different nodes (and not getting points and so forth)

Just finding him and hitting again and again - earned about 5000 ISO in the last hour or so by doing this....

What's weird is somewhere in the middle one of those attacks actually gave me points, sitting at 1380 and it kept putting me over 1400 again and again and then taking it away. Then those points stayed and I got the 1400 reward, further attacks losing points again - almost like this account was "turned on" for a moment then deactivated again.

D3P responded to my ticket...bottom line is they will not be adding points to the Simulator totals, and they cannot give compensation for the problems (although I didn't ask for anything but the pts I'd earned)...they also said if he still shows up (which he does) to contact them again (which I have no inclination to do if they aren't doing anything about my points)...I'll post about it in a topic with his name, but that's all I'll do for them at this point...

Yeah, I've run into K1d Marvel since my first post, this is probably the same guy that caused my initial problem, as he shows as worth 50 points, but little to no actual points are rewarded.

In fact he's in my current list of targets for S.H.E.I.L.D. Simulator, so what ever fix D3 supposedly put to remove him from the game, hasn't worked.
