Reverting to pre-Facebook linked account

My family shares various IT platforms around the house...

I had a MPQ account on "my" iPad... which my son plays
and then I put FB on my iPad....
And then I linked FB to my "real" MPQ account (which is on my husband's/our 2nd iPad - no FB on that iPad).
Then my son started playing MPQ on my iPad and it's sync'd to my account. (My son is three... he can play his own damn account and stop wrecking mine!)
So...

How do I get my son's account back on his iPad?

I have deleted FB off the 1st/my iPad, but it's still logging me out of my main account when they are played simultaneously...

I can delete MPQ from my/1st iPad & reinstall but then will have an unholy argument with him about the fact that he'll have no characters... and it appears that my account is now affiliated with my apple username (which it wasn't before I did the FB link up ****) ... I want it to revert to the original game that was on there.
