Make the PVP point loss more like HLSTATSX

So I'm not sure if many of you here have ever played TF2, Counterstrike ect but they have a points stats system that I think could work pretty well here. Basically it works like this:

If I have 1000 points and a player with 100 points kills(defeats my team) The 100 point player receives the full points say, 25. But the 1000 point player only loses 5-10 points.
On the other hand, if a player with 1000 points defeats a 100 point team, he would maybe get 10 points but they would only lose 0-2 points from it. Basically the more even the points the more even the loss of points would be.

I feel this would make it less frustrating and obviously can be tweaked to fit the game better but with the current system the way it is, I just got hit at 1200 points by a guy with 250 and he got 49 points from me and my retaliation against him was worth 1 point. It's completely broken right now and with the new cost to skip and increased cost of shields, Something needs to be fixed asap!

  • I agree that the numbers could use some tweaking, but this should prolly be in the Suggestions section.
  • Suggestion is not good. You suposed to use shield all the time you did not play to be high in ranking, your suggestion makes shield irrelevant and you want to reward people for playing - not good idea in MPQ universe.

    And the current system rewards people with lots of money, which will push away a lot of players.

    If people did not want to pay for this game there is no reason them to play in producer point of view

    agree with u, point loss is too much. that was on purpose.
    play for fun...still manage to rank top2-top10 without spending money
  • author of this post has got nice ideas but such scoring points will reward people for playing, will make game better and as we know it won't happened
