Combine tokens to make higher level tokens (An idea)

Chatting with my alliance and someone said to just use heroic tokens as you find them, since ten individual tokens doesn't equal one ten-pack, since the ten-pack has higher odds.

Got me thinking, what if that became a feature? Like trade in 5 regular recruit tokens to make a heroic. Trade in 12 heroics for a ten-pack (increased odds means increased cost...so it's something of a gamble. Plus you'd need 60 recruit tokens to get a ten pack at that rate)

Random numbers pulled out of no-where, of course. What do you guys think of the idea?
