Lost save after re-installation

Hi,

I had the game on my Samsung Galaxy SIII for a couple of months, until yesterday when I had to update my phone firmware to Android 4.3. After finishing the firmware update, I couldn't start the game (afterwards I realised I had the same problem with a lot of other apps as well), so I had to uninstall it and re-download it and re-install it from the Play Store. Only to find out that it hadn't kept my save and I had to start from scratch losing all my 31 characters (I even purchased some extra HP so I could get some more slots for them!). Is there any way to restore my account and my roster or is it gone for good?

Of course, if there is no way to restore my save, I think I'm done with this game for good, as I had spent dozens of hours (plus some money, like I said) building that roster and I don't want to do it from scratch all over again.

If you linked your account to Facebook, go into the settings and link it again, and it should restore it. If you did not, open a ticket, and provide them with your PVP name, and they may be able to help.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Unfortunately I hadn't linked it to my facebook account. I did send them the bug report through the game though, so hopefully they might be able to help.

//Edit: They actually replied and fixed it straight away! Kudos!
