More Lightning Rounds

Acknowledging that Lightning Rounds are ISO gold mines, and with the fact that so many are experiencing ISO drought, why not have Lightning Rounds running constantly? Beyond the ISO richness, is there any downside, considering the reduction in the prizes (tokens no longer guaranteeing a 3*)? Just alternate heroes and villains daily, it'd be cool to have something to jump into anytime for ISO and standard tokens alone. I will say, the fact that current Lightning Rounds run on workdays always, and I'm lucky to get in a couple a week does contribute to my favoring this idea, but I don't see the harm in it. Is it just literally too much ISO being put into the environment, even if people are playing the game to get it?

It seems like a simple answer to this problem, and I'm curious if there is some obvious reason not to that I'm not seeing.

  • I fully support this.

Never understood why they only run Tues - Thurs. You want your customers to be working paying customers right?

Rather than normal lightning rounds, mix in some of those 30 min 10/20 person ones. Im not iso starved because I dont think Ive pulled a usable cover from a token in two months.

I don't even know that we need more. Just spread them out. It was kinda nice for that week were they went back to 20-person brackets, where they ran every 10 hours.

I'd love to see this happen.

    - Rotate every character of the roster in LR's that continues 24/7.

    - When a 1* or 2* character is featured then it is boosted to the same level as a typical 3*.

    - The character groupings could be done thematically (Avengers, heroes, villains, 1*s, 2*s) or based on interesting combo/counters. Examples being:
    > Doc Ock, Falcon, Daken, Blade, and Daredevil together as a batch to have fun with special tiles.
    > Star-Lord, OBW, Bagman, Hawkeye, **Mags for a CD theme
    > Luke Cage, **Marvel, ***Marvel, ***Mags, Captain America for a Protect tile theme

I would love to see the LR's run like the Electra rounds at the beginning of the year with a new round every 10 hours or even less. Maybe rotate out the buffed character at random to really make it a true fast paced round with better rewards than we curently have.
