Goon Tile Damage

Back in the R69 notes, I think, they were talking about adjusting the 2* tile match damage to scale more inline with 3* and goon levels came up that they were the same across the board and not better on native tiles. There was rational that since they need their tiles to resolve and disappear to try to get matches they needed all the help they could get on match damage.
This made sense to me at first, until fighting Juggs and muscle I noticed it only makes sense when fighting 3 goons at a time, not when there is an AI in the mix. Juggs was matching me for 150 each time no mater the colour I left him with because though he was the only one that could move tiles, he was getting goons to do the match damage.

Juggs matching purple shouldn't hurt. Not like nodes that are feeding hood yellow, or mystique purple need a leg up on me.
