Negative Exp or negative iso bug
Im making this topic to share my experience getting this bug resolved.
Also, to thank customer support for correcting the bug.
Also, to show that customer support does resolve the bug.
I was a returning player from before the level shift and after returning, some characters showed negative exp and required way more experience/iso to level up.
I submitted a bug request back in Jan 9. Sent in supporting evidence including screenshots of covers and levels on Jan 11.
Waited for 2 weeks and then sent a follow up request. Was told that it was being worked on.
Waited another week and pmed David [HiFi] Moore and he helped expedite the request and informed me that the holiday break disrupted the customer support team.
Got email 2 days ago with instructions on how to resolve the problem. They asked I delete the characters and I would be sent the covers and iso to replace them. ( DO NOT do this before they get your screenshots of covers and levels)
Today I got the covers and iso. Bug resolved.

So if you ever lose hope that they are working on a bug request or dont care about your bug request, just know that they are probably working on it. Might take some time and you might have to squeak the wheel but it will get fixed.
