Cannot start any mission anymore... Persistent bottom bar

When I select a mission, the "Start Mission" gets hidden by the persistent "Recruit Heroes - Train - Roster" bar at the bottom of the screen. Shouldn't that bar be removed when you are about to select your mission and heroes?!?

    Have you tried force-quitting the app (or rebooting your device) and reloading it?
