D3 change rewards ranks for events

Its time to change the rewards rankings for events. 1-100 can be the usual 4* or 3* rewards. But make it 101-250 rank to get the same 3* reward or another 3* and then lower rankings could get 2* rewards or tokens etc.

The middle of the pack alliances miss out on covers with the rewards rankings now. Tokens are pretty much useless because of the good 3* pull or better is nonexistent.. You give us b.s 2* covers we don't need, resale value iso for the 2* covers is garbage so rewards change is needed. I know D3 wants to make money and I have spent money to try and compete, I'm a day 78 player.. But new players will never catch up to try to compete with vets so changes need to be made!!

Rumor is a new form of PvE is coming up to help out.
