We should be able to sees this info without breaking shield. Seems like something that should have been implemented from the beginning.

Was about to add this, but a search found this item from back in January, so bumping it instead.

There needs to be a way to see the shield cooldown timers while shielded. Currently you can only see them when you are not shielded.
