Starlord tu?

This is most likely me not knowing what im taking about, but how are Starlord TU already out there? I just got hit with his yellow in Shield Sim. 330ish est.

    The AI isn't subject to the same rules as players.

    I thought one of the devs stated defensive team ups are based on the players available roster. If thats the case he should not show up in any pvp untill TaT ends?

    In the end it doesnt really matter, it was just odd to see.
