    Entering a fresh bracket for PVP doesn't have the same benefit as PVE. You can be matched against anyone in your timeslice in PVP. You can't check to see how many people are in your bracket once you start to get points.

    Also, given sharding, there's probably multiple brackets filling up in each time slice at every given time, so this isn't going to be giving people any useful information.
