Curious case of the Rag/Moon/Venom strike tile

So i had a bit of a weird case happen to me today during the Hunt event. I was going up against the 130 Rag/Moonstone/Venom team with my mid 60s Wolv/OBW/14 MHawk (required) team, when a strike tile of Wolverine's ended up belonging to the other team (far bottom right tile in the SS). I looked through all of their abilities and could not, for the life of me, figure out how ownership got flipped. I know Moonstone has her Black which flips ownership of countdowns, but I see nothing that flips ownership of Strike tiles. Any chance anyone can explain what I'm missing?

Thanks!

  • That could be a legitimate bug. I was going to reply saying Moonstone has that ability, but as you mentioned and after looking at it myself, you are correct. It only states Countdown tiles get ownership switched. You might want to report this as a bug if you haven't already. I'll keep my eyes out for this when playing against Moonstone.

Thanks for the response. A bug was my first thought, but I figured I'd run it by everyone here in case I missed something. I'll let it sit here for a bit longer to see if anyone else has any input, then submit as a bug report if that's the conclusion. Thanks!
  • i guess its was Moonstone black skill... my Classic Haweye blue countdown was taken by her before it could detonate...
Luckily i manage to burst her down before the next round where i scare to find out the tile she taken deal the same amount of damage based on my haweye blue skill icon_mrgreen.gif

Moonstone's black skill only steals countdown tiles.

Did you check the told to see if its damage matched your own strike tiles?

There's a chance it could be purely graphical, as well.

Yea, I checked the damage on the tile. It was one of Wolverine's tiles, matching the damage exactly. The one thing I didn't check was to see whether or not the damage was actually added, as it was difficult to gauge without having paid much attention to how much damage I was taking on matches prior to the tile.
