Shuffle Lightning Round Rewards

I saw that one recent change was that first place for Villains with 2 abilities now gives hero coins instead of 2x one cover 1x the other - so for all I know, this will already be coming up next week, but I was wondering if the top 25 rewards (which is a pretty big gap of the people trying really hard to get up there, given 3-8 is 2 covers and 9-25 is 1) could be rotated every week or tournament? Like, Magneto's Purple is currently for placing 9-25, next tournament make it 1-2, make the red 3-8, and blue 9-25. It'd certainly ease up some of the frustration of trying these events repeatedly only to get giblitized once you hit top 8, and top 2 is only for those with some heavily doped-up Villains.
