Gravity Warp Team Up Bug

I just had a game where I had three strike tiles on the board and the AI used a gravity warp team-up. Instead of swapping a basic tile with one of the strike tile, the gravity warp caused damage. Is this a change in how gravity warp works or a bug?

    Depends on the color of the tile & # of covers the team up had... If I remember correctly, a 1 cover can only swap black or pink, 2 covers add red... I don't remember after that!
