Bright spot for D3 CS

I, like an idiot, sold my 1100 prog reward from Coversquirrel. When I realized this, I sent in a ticket to Customer Support expecting it to take around a week for it to get resolved. To my delight my experience was quite different.

Four hours after sending in my ticket I got a reply. They said they noticed that my Suirrel Girl should have been 4/4/2 according to their records based off of the records of my winnings. I clarified that I did not want the extra yellow cover but did want the purple cover. Less than an hour later I got my missing cover in game.

This has been the fastest turn around time I have ever experienced, and I contact CS probably around once a month regarding some sort of issue or another. I just wanted to applaud them for a job well done! Especially since they went the extra mile to make sure I hadn't sold the yellow on accident as well.

If you're curious as to what I initially sent in my ticket, I'll list it below.
I'm an idiot and accidentally sold my 1100 progression reward for Coversquirrel. Is there any chance at getting the purple Squirrel Girl cover back?

    Lucky. I get periodic burps that make my event rewards disappear. Typically it goes like this:

    Hi, my event rewards disappeared because of reasons, please help?

    CS: (After a couple days) We have received your ticket. (After some more days) Have you tried turning it off and on again? Sometimes there is server lag. You should wait 2 days before submitting a ticket.

    me: done all that, still bupkis. Please help?

    CS: (wait more days) We have received your ticket. (More days) We are looking into your issue. (More days) Here's a little present! (Missing rewards) Please rate our CS.

    Me: Yay?

    I've had that happen to me as well. It took them about 2 weeks to get it resolved, but it did get resolved!
