Hi demiurge/D3 - would you guys please share some statistics about MPQ?

As a member of this forum I can't help but noticing lots of complaints on various subjects. Most of the subjects are having 2 sides of the coin I admit. As an example release rate of 4* characters, I see it frustrating for those who barely finished 2* and 3* transition, yet I believe it is a necessary thing addressing those who completed their transitions.

I am sure that some stats will help us, player base, understand where do you come from, and therefore it may make the challenge of communicating in game changes a bit easier.

What I believe should be published?

1. Amount of players (or at least proportion) with no 3* max covered; less than 3* max covered; at least 3 x 3* max covered; 1 or more 4* covered

2. Total amount of alliances (or at least proportions - nice pie chart), broke down to proportion of alliances with less than 5 players, less than 10, less than 15, less than 20 and full alliances

3. The average , median and extremes when it comes to stockpiled HP and ISO among the active player base

4. The average and median amount of minutes per PVP match (take simulator as base)

5. The average and median PVP points per event (take regular season PVP as base) and extremes

6. The most utilized time shards when comes to 'pick your ending time'

7. The average and median amount of days in MPQ of our player base (take shield supply as base)

8. Proportion of F2P and paying players (take as paying players those who spent more than 10$) that played more than 100 days

9. And maybe the average, median and extreme spending of real $ by the player base

Thanks in advance if at least few points from the list above get your attention and fact based reply. If at least 5 of them get your appropriate reply with data, I commit to pay 10$ to buy in-game resources.

    Yes.

Even though the odds of it happening are rather low, I suppose.

$10? Wow, they should work overtime on this one. Wait, there's no sarcasm emoticon on this forum... icon_e_ugeek.gif

I joined this forum for the advice on how to invest my ISO, HP, and a few actual dollars, but I think I stay for the baffling interaction game fans have with their programmers. It's kind of like a town meeting on the Simpsons. "I hate this company! I spent 60 playing this game last week, and Carnage is still not a playable character! I'm gonna complain again next week, after I put in 80 hours to get Starlord!"

Demiurge, can we have that data, information, and analysis that literally no company in America gives to anybody but shareholders?

Hey, wait, do we get to offer micro transactions to get solid answers to questions now? Because if we do, you should have let me know before the January Q&A and I could have whaled out and gotten appointed moderator. icon_e_wink.gif

Yes - you can increase the odds of getting a specific question answered if you invest in "QP" (Question Points). You can increase these odds further with boosts from "ISO-R" (Reputation Isotope).

However, be warned, that using this system will inevitably result in the creation of forum shields to protect from reputation down-votes, which will then lead to a forum cool-down system that prevents the number of questions & comments you can leave.

The end-game? Only those who've already achieved reputations of over 400 will be able to use the forum, and their power to post will continue to expand. But players with less than 400 points will never be able to adequately post to achieve that reputation level. D3 may lower the reputation award progression a bit, but it's an illusion as the veterans will still crowd out the newer forum users.

Of course, Jamie Madrox will ignore this system, but that goes without saying.
