Shield malfunction on multiple devices

I have two devices that I play on.

On Device A, I bought a shield.

I log on with device B, and it says I have no shield. Looking in on the event, I'm still listed as being in the top ten, and still have a shield. But on the front screen, I'm shown as having no shield.

    Not saying that's not a bug (it obviously is), but have you tried completing a mission on Device B and seeing if the shield status updates? May just be that the sync call didn't hit it on the first go around. Waiting a couple minutes then completing a mission will call a sync request.
