Right now my level 92 Mags has 20k+ health and my level 77 Loki has 17k... (10am Eastern Doctor Doom round)

    Yeah i've been seeing this all night, the only exception was the Hood round which just occured. I didn't even log out and now they're back to maybe 10% buffs instead of 200% buffs

    They were set to 100% this time around instead of the previous 175% from older rounds in weeks past. That may be what you saw?
