Award thresholds in PvE

This happens to me approximately 30% of the time

Whenever I reach a progression reward (usually due to high points value just reaching the threshold) I get the message that the progression reward has been achieved but don't then get the reward & my points stay at the same level as I had prior to beating the last node, however the node just beaten shows its beaten & the timer adds the countdown & lower points value as normal.

When I reach the same progression the 2nd time everything works as normal

As I'm generally competing at least top 50, often for 1st position, these loss of points cost me hugely.

During an average PvE I can lose upwards of 5000 points due to this, not to mention its hugely frustrating.

This has been happening for at least 6 months, however I am unable to send e-mail to support as I cant gain access to it (doesn't work in-game or sending to address normally)

Is there anything I can do to alleviate this problem?

    If you're talking about the after match counter, not the pop-ups on the main screen, those counters are very, very frequently wrong.

    not sure.

    for instance I have 29600 in PvE next progression at 30,000

    I do a node worth 420 points - counter counts to 30020, progression award screen shows then 20iso win.

    Don't actually receive the progression reward & if I look at my points total showing as 29600.

    That's what I mean - the counter that pops up after a match, before the awards screen, is frequently wrong. Track the point totals before and after the match, and they don't line up a lot of the time with the post-match counter.
