8 hour nod reset

Just a quick question. So there is a 9pm. 3am and 6am start in round one. So unlike the other events its best to start the event as soon as you can right. Meaning last time i picked the 3pm end time (meaning it started at 3am) i never started to 10am. IF i would do it this time i would have no chance at coming anywhere near the top since the people who picked 3am would play at 3am and then have their 8 hour resat at 11am meaning they would had two nods to my one right?

So its best to pick the nod starting as soon as you start right


also you can play all you want just you lose points meaning

noon start refresh at 8pm if you play at 5 pm you can still play but you would have less pts then someone who waited for a full refresh. Couldnt something just play every 8 hours and crush the nods and win automatic then?

If you want to place well you can probably start anytime in the first 16 hours of an event. After that, you're probably pretty **** if you get into a bracket where everyone has 2-3+ clears worth of points than you, unless you feel like grinding like crazy for the rest of the event.

What is the best means of grinding for 8 hour resets?

Clear once, clear 8 hours later, sleep 8 hours, clear when you wake up? Or do 2 clears, wait 16 hours and repeat, then wait 16 hours and grind it to 0?

that is what i wonder too.

3am start
6am start
noon start

not getting up to like 8 so if i do the 3am slot messed out on 5 hours (almost a full reset) 6am would miss out on 2 hours with a 6pm done time right when i need to get supper ready. the noon start. would get back home around 2 so do the noon slot miss out on two hours BUT the noon slot ends at midnight so i expect that to be very filled.
