Chances of getting back a deleted character?

Open a ticket. I've heard of mates that got their covers back they sold accidentially.
Not sure about characters, maybe depends upon how much time has passed.0 -

I remember someone saying that they accidentally sold their Fury when it was the alliance season award, and they got that back too, so it's not impossible.0

I sold a C.Danvers Capt. Marvel Red accidentally and I got it back. Took about a week of back and forth. Not an unpleasant exchange, I'm sure they just wanted all the information, like date, the event it came from and such.
So yes it is possible.0 -

I'm not overly optimistic, they do have a million other things to worry about after all.

Theirs about 3 invisible woman covers i wish i could get back.
Once upon a time, i was mistakenly roster starved so bad i simply couldn't justify keeping around a character that was A. so bad, and B. very unlikely i'd ever max her.
I've since made room for her, and know some day she'll be buffed and i'll always dream of the value that i lost out on when she is inevitably OP.
Its the only cover management decision i've ever regretted so far.0 -
I recently sold a hulk cover on my alt by mistake and sent in a ticket to get it back. Their initial response was that they do no recover sold characters, but they would escalate my ticket to see if a one time exception could be made (I didn't even ask for this they just did it initially which was awesome). So after ~1 week I got my Hulk cover that I had deleted.
I have found through my numerous dealings with CS that a bit of patience and courteousness goes a long way. So far I haven't been disappointed with how they have handled my issues. My only critique would be that they can take a while before anything gets done, but eventually they have pulled through for me each time.0 -
In my experience "on the other side" of CS...
* be polite - full sentences, proper English/grammar
* be brief - no rambling back-story, stick to the facts (when, where, circumstances)
* be sub-servant (remember you're asking them for a favor, not telling them to "do their job")
* go into the request expecting nothing... worse case, you'll be right, best case you'll get Dino back.

I sold a 4hor by accident. Sent in a ticket and they gave her back to me. Just like the last poster said, use correct grammar and punctuation. Also a little humility goes along way. Hope it works out for you.0
