Give the Top 100 Alliances the New 4* Cover in PvE

The alliance reward for new 4 characters should be given to the top 100 PvE alliances for any given event just like in PvP where the top 100 alliances get the cover for the season. There should be no difference. You already make it difficult enough for single player progression limiting it to the top 50 in any given bracket. There are over 20,000 active alliances out there, are you telling me only 0.25% of alliances have worked hard enough for the new cover? That is complete tinykitty! If anything all alliances try even harder to make the cut off, it is straight cutthroat out there with mercenaries everywhere.
