Does it break any rules to have a username that praises IS?

Actually, it's quite common. But again, that's not even the context I was using - the context I was using "Islamic State" is to refer to the entire body of the Islamic peoples worldwide. This is the most common usage of "Islamic State" in addition to being the easiest and most identifiable way to refer to the Islamic peoples.

NO-ONE (but you) generally refers to the entire body of muslim people as "The islamic state" or "islamic state". The most common usage of islamic state in isolation without further immediate context is as an abbreviation for ISIS/ISIL. In all other context you would talk about AN islamic state since the term on its own is not synonymous with anything else.

Waste of time typing though since you are a total troll.

Again, worldwide, this is the most common usage of the phrase. It is particularly common in religious gatherings; in much the same way Christians might refer to "the Christian Nation" to mean all of the Christians worldwide. If that too, sounds foreign to you, attend a Southern Baptist church and you'll see quite how common that is.

If this is a legit concerned user who had a name change, and people really have strong feelings about a name like that, they will simply swarm CS with complaints and requests to remove the offending name, same as what happened to Colossus' icon. No harm done, except CS having to do some extra work.
If it's a troll, I'm amazed at ways people find to spend their time. *goes to play videogames*

I'm going to go ahead and lock this, since nobody can be civil and converse.

Which is a damn shame, because I was looking forward to san-mpq's response. Thank you for being a civil person willing to hold a actual conversation.
