At least on my account, this isn't true. The only recent(?) change to HP prices is that you can't buy 100 for $1, but you can buy 200 for $2. This is in the US, anyway.
Actually, at least according to the fairly old data on the wiki, ISO-8 prices have changed in a positive direction, in that you get 1.5 x more ISO for the same money. But I don't know when those prices changed as I have never bought ISO, ever (and neither should anyone else!). (That is after they apparently doubled in price over a year ago? Not sure how accurate the wiki history is.)
Anyone else tell anything different about HP prices? I haven't looked at them in quite some time so I'm not sure if anything's changed, either.0 -

Both ISO and HP points costs look the same to me.0 -
No change for me. I play on Android, what platform do you use?0

I'm on iOS, and I'm in Canada. Stark Salary just went up in price by 20 bucks.
Bugle Pittance went up 30 cents.
Agency Expenses went up 80 cents.
Logan's Loonies went up 3 dollars.
Asgard Treasure went up 8 dollars.0 -
Prices have gone up in GBP as well 600 HP went from £2.99 to £3.99 for instance.0

This is probably related to this: App Store Prices Increase in Europe and Canada. If D3P sets prices centrally and Apple does the currency conversion, D3P may not even have done anything to trigger the pricing change -- it may have been automatic.0

Yes.
Im from Finland, Europe.
Logans has been 17'and something € and now it is 19,99€. Huh!
Asgard has been about 45€ and now it is 49,99€. Huh!0 -
If you're in Europe, it's probably because of VAT law changes and they're taking advantage. I'm in the UK and prices haven't changed for me, yet.0

Yeah big increase here in Sweden, stark salary went from 749 to 949 sek which it's about $1180

Also, since you CAN save your game and transfer it to any non-PC device, if you have access to an Android device it sounds like that's a good way to save $$ if you make in-app purchases.0 -
There's a ton of articles about it being Apple driven:

This Yahoo store says that Google never gets involved in pricing and lets Devs set it themselves, so Android may or may not eventually see a change.

Maybe. Here in the U.S., Play Store gifts cards almost never go on sale. Whereas, iTunes gift cards are frequently at least 5 dollars off the list price. Not sure if that's that case outside the U.S.0 -
Last time I checked, the UK and Europe were already paying more for HP than the US was - but that was Android pricing.0

That said, I can buy on Google Play and have it billed directly to my mobile account so I don't need to use a gift card or credit card.0 -
If D3 has a pricing disparity between platforms, they will probably take action to resolve it. Eventually. The big question is whether iOS users should wait for the price to go back down or Android users should stock up before prices increase.0
