What maxed 3* would be a good addition to my team?

Hi there,

I am new to the forums and this is my first topic to try it out .

My maxed 3* characters are Daken, Falcon, Sentry, The Hood, The Punisher and Wolverine. Since the new shield cooldown feature I get attacked a lot even before reaching 700. I have no usable 4* at my disposal.

My question is: Is there a 3* character I can level up that reduces incoming hits a tiny bit? Or do I really need to go into 4* land?

Possible candidates when looking at my roster are Black Panther, Black Widow, Captain America, Captain Marvel, Magneto, Psylocke, She-Hulk, Spider-Man, Storm, The Hulk, Thor, Beast, Human Torch and Iron Man.

I know that a lot of these characters are not good but I want to provide a complete list .

Probably Thor or Black Panther.

Black Widow, Cap, Captain Marvel, Psylocke, She-Hulk, Spider-man, Storm, Beast, Iron Man, Human Torch are all not great on defense, either due to having low hp, not having a particularly damaging power, or having too expensive powers.

Hulk scares off some people, but actually attracts higher tier players. I'm not sure about Magneto, but I think he's pretty squishy too.

No wonder you get attacked a lot, all your maxed 3-stars except Sentry have average or below health. If you can, level up Thor ASAP - he's very good both on offense and defense in PvP and pairs nicely with both Daken and Hood. After Thor, I'd consider either Black Panther or Hulk - Panther has better offense but lower HP, Hulk is a decent defensive deterrent when paired with Thor but doesn't offer much offense.
There are a few others that have potential - Captain America, Captain Marvel, Magneto, Human Torch - but those three are the ones I'd look at first, and Thor is head and shoulders above the rest.

I'd say Steve also..his red maxed is very underrated ...bp black is amazing too

Yes, Steve is also on my list but more for PvE I think. My BP is 5/4/4 sadly and I am not so impatient to buy a cover for him .
