Hi, quick question.

I was telling someone about MPQ and they would like to try it. But, the only way they can play is on Steam. I play on Android. When I buy Hp, I use a google play card. They would like to know, before starting, how to make in game purchases?

Thanks for any assistance.

  • I never bought anything directly but when I click on the buying menu, it popped up a screen from Steam asking me do I authorize MPQ for a $1.99 payment for a Bugle Pittance against my Steam account balance, so you can either add funds directly to your Steam wallet or buy one of those Steam cards that adds fund. Or maybe you can even try to sell the Steam trading cards and see if you can flip them for a profit.

Steam also runs sales often that you can check out periodically. (Meaning there could be sales for MPQ going on that aren't present on any other platforms.)

Steam account funded from PayPal. There's other ways to fund the Steam account (gift cards, credit card, etc..), but that's how I've done it.

icon_e_sad.gif The only Steam sale I've seen for MPQ is a bundle of HP and ISO that is not worth it compared to the in-game HP only purchases you can make.
I buy the Steam cards ($20 or $50) at Best Buy and add them to my Steam Wallet - MPQ will deduct it from there first.
I save some money by using Best Buy rewards certificates (thanks new microwave and refrigerator!) to buy the Steam cards so that I get $20 worth of HP for $15 actual cost. I also sell those trading cards you get from Steam and use those to grab a few HP here and there as mentioned above.
