Got a problem with thw shields

Sorry for the inconvenience with the new shielding cool down, what happens is that I was going to buy an 8hr lasting shield, but it sais that it was colding down (which is totally not true) and I tried with the one of 24 (just to check it) but it bought, and there are only like 7 hrs left for the Sticks and Stones event, do you mind please fixxing this, I spent 150 more hp for this, and it kinda blows

    I have been hearing reports and reading reports that there seems to be some time issues with the cool down effects and when you can re-use the shields. I figure there is people who are doing bad math, because a lot of people keep saying they have had to do a 24 hour shield when they should have to do so.
    I am hoping the new update will clear up this transparency.
