Making a match causing a crash

Not all the time, but probably the most common problem I have with this game is the app crashing when making a simple match. Pve, pvp, doesn't matter. Swap a pair of tiles and the game closes. Come back in and my team has an hour and a half of recovery time. I assume that automatic damage is to dissuade cheaters from closing the app when they are losing a match, but I wish it knew the difference when it crashed itself as it's sometimes cost me a position in an event or pvp, or at a minimum killed my ability to play for an hour and a half.

I get that all apps crash occasionally, but with this one I'll never understand why it seems to only ever happen in the one basic move the game is built on.

    I haven't seen any reports of this, so I can't share any information to try and help you, but if I were you, I would try send a support ticket with your device info (model, operating platform and version number, etc) and explain when and what happens.

    Sorry for the late response here, but can you sent David [Hi-Fi] Moore a PM with your ticket number. He should be able to look into it for you.

    There has been an apparent backlog of tickets with the holidays ending, on top of training some new reps, so things are pretty dicey around there right now.
