How many support tickets have you sent close together?

I feel like they're just gonna start ignoring me soon. In the span of a week, I've
-informed them about not getting lightning round prizes
-informed them about not getting sub-event prizes
-informed them about getting heroic tokens instead of the hulk tokens from a hulk sub event

They haven't resolved any of these issues from my tickets yet, but I feel like they're gonna just not reply at all if I keep sending up new tickets (even though these are real issues that id like really fixed).

    Bump, still no replies on any of my tickets.

    Are the events / subs in the hulk event supposed to give heroic tokens instead of hulk event tokens? They say hulk event on the prizes, but EVERY ONE has given me heroic tokens.

    it matter when you sent the first ticket, it takes 24-72 hours before they might look into it. you gotta remember they leave the office weekdays at 5pm pst. and they don't work weekends. so u have to factor that in. I've had a worst experience, i had a ticket sent on 12/19/2014, they know about it they sent 3 replys saying they are looking into it (12/24, 12/26/,12/31) and yet to get resolved.
