Facebook backup on steam?

not entirely sure if this is a bug or not, but when i updated to R68 i got a message prompting me to back up to facebook. would not connect even after 10 minutes or so i waited, thought maybe it was just slow or something, so i cancelled it and looked for the button in the settings, it wasn't there. Not entirely sure if it's an actual feature or a bug from maybe cross platform updating
