How long after event do I receive rewards?

Placed top 5 in Simulator: Normal/phase 2, which ended for me at 12pm PST and with it being 5 hours later... is it normal for prizes to take more than this to show up?

    Idk but i haven't gotten my rewards either for normal. I did get them for hard however. Maybe just taking some time to give the rewards? I'll wait til tomorrow them submit a ticket
