Sub Reward Delay

It's been nearly 4 hours since slice one rotated, where are our sub rewards? What's the hold up?

    Glad it isn't just me. Things sure have been buggy lately.

    UPDATE: I got my tokens after five hours snd forty-five minutes.

    The standard answer is that you should receive rewards within 24 hours. Only after that is it worth reporting as a problem.

    32 hours after the second sub event ending, still didn't get the normal sim placement rewards.
    Got hard sim rewards several hours after the sub ending though. I contacted support through game but
    it seems didn't work. No resolution yet.
