Anyone else unable to progress on Savage Land?

One of the missions, "The Plan" is locked until you defeat a certain number of minions, specifically 3 grenadiers and 5 pyros.
Well I've definitely done that. There are only three grenadiers in this place to defeat and I've defeated them all, yet the total is stuck at 50% so I can't do this fight. Means I've hit a brick wall when I really shouldn't have. The only fights available are the high level ones that require a character I don't have. Can't replay any of the other missions.

Any suggestions?

    If it's a good point for you, the mission with the devil dinosaur isn't repeatable. So you effectively only miss out on two missions

    Two missions, sure...and two rewards and two opportunities to get some rank point thingies =/
