POLL: Best Team-ups for Alliances - Who to Loan Out?

You can ask your alliance for characters to get Team-Up powers. Who's the best to ask for? The A-list characters are desirable, but those are painful to give out. But's it's relative painless to loan out the bottom of the roster. That suggests these guys are good loaner characters.
B-List and C-List characters that are easy to loan out.
23. 3* Loki -- 5 boardshake.
29. 2* Black Widow -- 5+ AP Stealing, 9 increase Counters + Healing
48. 1* Juggernaut -- 6 Boardshake
55. 1* Hawkeye -- 7 Clear a row, 8 PLACE a
20. 3* Mystique -- 8 Stun 2, AP Steal, 10 -> +10 on board
51. 1* Black Widow -- 9 Stun 5/1x3, 10+ AP Stealing
32. 1* Storm -- 9 for Hailstorm, 10 for 14 AP
32. 3* Storm -- 9 for Hailstorm, 10 for 14 AP.
26. 3* Daredevil -- 9 Stun 2 (recycle?), 7 high-damage trap
28. 3* Doctor Doom -- 9 , all ->
42. 2* Magneto -- 9 , PLACE 5 , 14 for 25 AP generation,
47. 2* Cap America -- 11 for 10 or , PLACE
38. 2* Storm -- 11 Stun 4 and nuke, 12 AP Generation
21. 3* Black Widow -- 11 , PLACE 6
A-List characters are difficult to loan out, but they have great skills.
6. 3* Black Panther
7. 3* Captain America
9. 3* Magneto (classic)
10. 3* Blade
11. 3* Wolverine (Patch)
12. 3* Deadpool
16. 3* Human Torch
17. 3* Sentry
18. 3* Punisher
19. 3* Falcon
Which of these character should I remove entirely before I start-up the poll? I love Torch / Punisher team-ups myself from the A-List, and many from the B-List. For anyone with Loki's Mischief, he's likely one of their A-list characters now.
Sidenote -- I'm not sure how well Daredevil's team-up function. Do they recycle and respawn?

For the no-need-to-level teamups, I like Storm Classics Lightning Storm.
I believe it looks at your green for tile destruction, but does not drain it. So it makes a great AP generating sweep.0 -
FYI for Dare Devil it is 8 for red, and he can loan out radar sense as well 10 AP for 3-5 special tiles destroyed.
I would also add 1* venom for stun. I don't remember the cost.
Rags 6AP for board shake up or damage and green generation.
2* MNMags
3* spidy for 9 heal or 5 stun0 -
This thread is a great idea. It's a pain in the **** to keep checking each one for the team up AP cost so this is great.
I was wondering, & maybe someone here can answer, say I had a low level bp with 1 yellow & 1 blue cover, if I lent him to a team mate would they have a chance at a rage of the Panther team up?(black power) or are the cover powers you have the only ones available to them?
Maybe a note on bad team ups would be useful too, or characters that only give out 1 of their cover powers like ares or juggs0 -
If you are doing a poll, please list the powers separately - most of my alliance has built mbw with 5b 0p so you are guaranteed the stun when handing out teamups.
The best ones imo are juggernaut green, obw purple, mbw blue, and Hawkeye purple. There are plenty of other good ones to get, but for loan out these are all useful, have relatively fast returns, and are not level dependent - so if you have a roster spot you can build a character specifically for teamups without using iso.
Except for obw, they are also enemies you are unlikely to face in pvp so getting the teamups from your battles is unlikely.0 -

Factoring in time it takes to loan out and availability I think Juggernaut at 4 hours is easily the best. I think you can only get Unstoppable Crash since Headbutt is a self-damage move, whereas it'd be pretty hard to have most 3*/4* with only a specific skill that you want to loan out.0
-
Best ones are
5th level juggs
5 level both red and purple 1* hawkeye
5th level blue 1* black widow ( don't put any purple covers on it to make sure person gets blue)
Powerful for very little AP, comes back and is available again real fast0 -
I'm fond of well-leveled characters with one or more offensive moves that cost 7 AP or less. Some of these (Deadpool, for example) are obviously A-list, but Captain Marvel, Psylocke, and even Ragnarok can be quite welcome if you get the right skill from the loaner.0

Love all of those.
My alliance collects a lot of obw for recon tus. : )
Other good utility skills are Mnmags purple for board control, and if you're going up against goon-fed falcon or such, Trickery is also great.
Personally I built a cstorm with windstorm and raging tempest only and levelled her up for a guaranteed windstorm tu.0 -
The best imo
MBW Widow sting 9 TUAP = 5 stun
OBW Ag.Recon 8 TUAP
Always sold out for my teammates.
EDIT : 3* as loan char is not possible because :
1. for example : ur 166 Black Panther won't guarantee that ur teammate will get Rage of the Panther. It's either yellow/blue/black.
2. Sometimes u need them, usually on PVE, so u won't loan em out.
3. Best way is to softcap 3*, example : 140 HT 5/5/0.. but r u sure u want to build 140 HT or other softcap 3* just to loan it out?0 -
DD's blue does recycle and respawn.
I tend to agree that a 3* list isn't that useful. the 1* and 2*s with abilities that don't need leveling are by far the best, and I'm always very happy to bring a 1* bw 5 cover blue into battle.0 -
I do like to keep a high damage TU up my sleeve, though, in case of emergency. I hardly ever need it, but I clearly recall a shield hop where a Call the Storm TU saved my virtual butt.0
-
Gamora - Stuns / Cheap Red Damage
Colossus - Fastball Special0 -

I have 3 1* 0/5 black widows in my roster just for TU sends. Those stuns can be real lifesavers.
If she wouldn't exist i would go either for 5/0 juggs or 3/0/0 obw.0 -
Daredevil, Blade and Cap are also only 8 hours "on patrol" which is a big plus compared to say Panther or Punisher who need 24 hours to return. Those 3 can safely be loaned before going to
bed. And all their powers save for Cap's yellow are good/great as TU.
Anyway, for TU's worthy of having, that don't need leveling up, I'd choose:
OBW L3, L2, L1, L5, L4
MBW
MMN
GSBW
Juggs
Venom L5 for team stun
c.Storm L5 or you're better off with m.Storm
Dr. Doom
Mystique
