After Steam Client reinstall all progress gone

Hi guys,

I hope that somebody can help me, so I've just finished reinstalling my Windows and Steam clinet, downloaded the game and all of my progress was wiped out.
I've just received the Invisible Woman for my 1 year of playing and for some reason now I've to start all over again, it doesn't even recognizing me as a member of the clan that I am in.
So... if anyone can help me it will be great, otherwise I will have to just say goodbye to MPQ.

Progress markers are stored locally, you'll need to create a support ticket and they can get you fixed up.
